Served as the Field Service Engineer for the installation and commissioning of automated packaging machinery at customers' production facilities.
Led the on-site equipment installation, electrical and controls verification, system startup, functional testing, troubleshooting, and production validation.
Diagnosed and resolved equipment and control-system issues during commissioning to achieve reliable operation and successful transition into production.
Following startups, developed and delivered hands-on training for operators and maintenance personnel covering machine operation, safety, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, supporting a smooth turnover of the equipment to the customer’s production team.
